Mark Fernandez – BDA
Mark brings over 20 years of senior management experience in franchising and business development to the table.
He is currently the Director of Business Development Alliance (BDA) – one of Australia’s leading franchise consultancies specialising in developing franchise networks and assisting current franchisors and franchisees with ‘best practice’ operations.
His breadth of knowledge and expertise spans across both local and multi international business models and his influence has seen him serve on the committee of the West Australian chapter of the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) for a number of years.
Joe Lazzara – Borrello Legal
Joe joined Borrello Legal in August 2010 as a principal, bringing 15 years of experience to the firm. Joe practices in general commercial, commercial property and franchising law.
Joe has extensive experience in the franchise industry, and since 2003 has had a practice comprising the preparation of franchise documentation, the provision of advice to existing and potential franchisors, litigation and mediation support for franchising disputes and Trade Practices advice.
Joe is the immediate past Vice President of the WA Chapter of the Franchise Council of Australia (having held that position for 6 years), the peak industry body for the franchising sector.
