• Competitive Tendering Process where we collate information about the business and it’s owners, assess your financial position and then release the information to numerous Bank’s to allow them to bid for your business. This can see a number of Bank’s offer their most competitive rates and fees to gain your business.
• Business Review – Again we collate information about the business and it’s owners, assess your financial position. We advise you if your Bank can do better and if it may be time to move, or if it is in the market and is providing it’s best rates and fees to you.
• We can arrange Commercial Loans, Business loans, Vehicle or Equipment finance and Property Development loans for business purposes or Home and Investments loans for business owners.
• There is no extra charge for our service, we are remunerated directly from the Lender, only if we arrange a suitable loan for you.
• If your Bank is looking after your interests we will not recommend a change but hope that our integrity will see you utilize our services in the future.
