Our Directors are Taking part in Vinnies CEO Sleepout to Raise Funds and Awareness for Homelessness in Australia

There are more than 100,000 Australians who find themselves homeless each night of the year. Just under half of these are women; a quarter are under the age of 18.

The discomfort of sleeping on the streets is a fragment of the larger reality we hope to impart upon influential leaders of the community as part of the Vinnies CEO Sleepout.

So on Thursday 19^th June, Murray, Nigel and Alec will spend 12 hours outside with nothing but a sleeping bag, pillow and cardboard that will be provided to them to sleep on or make a shelter with.

No luxury items are allowed, but their warm clothes, they will not be allowed to take food and will eat only what is supplied to them which will be soup, bread and tea and coffee and the event will go ahead through rain, hail or shine.

So help our directors raise some awareness and funds to help the homeless people of not only Perth but the whole of Australia by digging deep and donating.
