The Buttery Cafe and Homewares, a New Addition to the Cafe Scene in Joondalup

The business opened 5 months ago and is run by Interior Designer, Aynsley Anderson with the help of her Chef-Barista daughter Lisa and IT Guru son Jason, The Buttery Cafe has gone from strength to strength since opening.

Arriving from New Zealand two years ago with many successful businesses under their belt, the Andersons struggled slightly and were a little worried on how to run and manage their business in Australia.

They originally sought out help from an Accountant who did not quite meet their expectations and was unable to help with what they needed, so a decision was made to search for help from a Business Advisory Firm with a successful track record of helping businesses grow and develop.

The client wanted to understand the potential opportunities and pitfalls of undertaking a business in Western Australia and needed guidance on setting it up while at the same time having an explanation for the major differences relative to other jurisdictions.

Dom put Aynsley in touch with Kathryn, the bookkeeper who helped not only with bookkeeping but helped Aynsley set up systems and streamline them with the help of her son Jason. Kathryn became a great support system to Aynsley and The Buttery.
